Class and Session Descriptions
We aim for each of our classes to be accessible for students of all levels.
You are ready now, just as you are!!
a 60-minute class of flow movement from one pose to the next, guided by the breath. Students of all levels are encouraged to explore new poses and new possibilities.
a 60-minute gentle vinyasa flow targeting the whole body & mind. The class will begin with centering with breathwork, linking breath with movement, and ending with a yin practice. This yin practice will encourage deeper holds to slow down before settling into savasana. This flow will have you leaving loving yourself a little more.
a 60-minute class to help you build your understanding and application of form and alignment within the pose with more detailed cueing and intentionally paced movement. This class is a great opportunity to deeper explore poses and movement with more intention and focus.

45 min (Wed) or 60 min (Sat) class with slower holds to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Beginner or advanced, we all sweat in this one. Includes (optional) hands-on assistance with poses. Class ends with (optional) hands-on relaxation and a bit of inspiration to send you out into your day.
a 60-minute class that is energy balancing, bringing a unique combination of breath, meditation and movement. You'll leave feeling grounded, at ease, and ready for whatever the rest of the week brings.
a 60-minute guided practice of mindful movement and breath. A class to find presence, embody pause before response, and to cultivate an intentional daily practice on and off the mat.
a 60-minute class that focuses on all aspects of yoga and alignment under the soothing ambiance of candlelight.
a 60-minute class is ideal for those interested in trying yoga for the first time, as well as experienced yogi's wanting to focus on body alignment, strengthing and deepening their connection to poses.
a 60-minute faster-paced yoga flow class focusing on steady alignment, repetition of movement, flowing from one posture to the next, and exploring elements of strength and stability in the body.
60 min (Sat) fast flow class with the instructor both describing and modeling each pose. We sweat together and clear our minds together. Class ends with (optional) hands-on relaxation and a bit of inspiration to send you out into your day.

Elika will guide you through this gentle, non-invasive, hands-on 30-minute integrative practice supports relaxation, aids in pain and stress management, promotes sleep and enhances the body’s healing process.

60-min Chakra Balancing
Chakras, pronounced “chuk-ruh”, translates to wheel in Sanskrit and refers to the spinning spheres of energy within the body. Each chakra is connected to different parts of the mind, body and emotions and can experience blockage or excess due to everyday stress and stored trauma. This 60-minute session with Elika will align the subtle energy of the body. You’ll be ‘zenned out’ and relaxed during this safe, non-invasive practice that brings energy alignment and you’ll leave feeling calm and refreshed.
75-min Reiki + Chakra Balance
The ultimate de-stressing experience, during the 75-minutes with Elika, you’ll receive both the healing power of Reiki and the alignment of Chakra Balancing.

Please book your class in advance by using our site or "Fit by Wix" app.
Masking is optional for all students and instructors. Please do what feels good to you.
Bring your own mat, when possible. In the event you do not have one, we can provide and will sanitize appropriately after each use.
Please check-in for class with the instructor.
Wash or sanitize your hands prior to class.
Studio is sanitized daily, and all equipment is sanitized after each class by instructor.
Please not come to the studio if you aren’t feeling well or have any symptoms of COVID-19. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone, please be responsible, take precautions, and stay home.
